メールをするのはこれで４回目ですが、状況が伝わっていないようなので、改めて説明します。

こちらの追跡番号で荷物を受け取ったのですが、２ケースしか届きませんでした。明細には３ケースと記載されていましたし料金も３ケース分払いました。
内容はゴルフクラブ７点が届いていません。
現在MyUSのINBOXを確認してもゴルフクラブ７点は載っていません。
DHLに確認したところ荷物をMyUSから受け取る際に２個口に変更された、との返答でした。

The details of items that I have not received yet are 7 pieces of golf clubs.
Although I confirm the INBOX of MyUS now, I cannot find the 7 pieces of golf clubs.
I have inquired with the DHL. They told that the number of cases was changed from 3 to 2 cases upon picking at MyUS although they expected 3 cases.
