先月注文した、PT7に不具合がありご連絡させていただきました。
シャフトを転がしてみたところ、全体的に曲がっておりました。恐らく製造時の不良だと思われますので、返金をお願い致します。

I contacted you that there is a defect with the previous month's order.
The whole unit bent when I tried rolling the shaft. It may be assumed that this was a defect during production so I request for a refund.
