Our warehouse manager has made us aware that a call tag has arrived from UPS to return a pre-amplifier to the damage clerk. Can you please inform me if you request the call tag to be issued and if so for which item? Also, can you please inform me as to why this call tag was issued by the damage clerk? As you may know, all packages are inspected upon arrive to our facility and none of the package currently in your Inbox were noted as arriving to our facility damaged.
