大阪観光局は、12月5日・6日の２日間、大阪国際会議場で
「大阪 MICE ディスティネーション・ショーケース」を開催。同イベントは、今年4月に活動を開始した大阪観光局が、MICE開催地としての大阪の魅力を多くの主催者にアピールする場として新たに取組むもの。

イベントでは、MICE関連のセミナーや大阪ならではのテーマパーティの体験などが企画されている。大阪の経済効果、都市ブランド向上などの起爆剤として期待されるMICEの誘致を、さらに推進するきっかけとなりそうだ。

Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau will hold "Osaka MICE Destination Showcase" in Osaka International Convention Center on December 5 and 6. The Bureau has started its activities in April. The Bureau is going to hold this brand-new event to show Osaka's advantages for MICE.

In the event, seminars related to MICE and parties themed by Osaka's uniqueness are planned. This will accelerate attracting MICE, which is expected to have economic effect and improved city branding.
