Can you send me the sentences you are going to use in the next lesson?

I have the sentences another teacher gave me, so I want to study with it today.

I'm afraid but I'm a bit tired of practicing introducing myself so I don't want to spare so much time on it today.

Is it okay to record the lesson? Because I want to lesten to it to study later.
