ただ、お詫びしないといけない事があります。
私は発送方法をEMSを指定し、送料も有料(85ドル)で設定していたのですが
ebay側のシステムエラーなのか理由は解りませんが、バイヤー様には送料無料と表示されている様です。
大変申し訳御座いません。
またカザフスタンはEMSに対応していない為、
違う方法(国際小包 105ドル)での発送となり送料が更に高くなってしまいます。
誠に残念では御座いますが今回は返金と言う事で
ご理解頂けますでしょうか?

In addition because in Kazakhstan EMS cannot be accepted, another way of shipping (Priority Mail International Parcels) is necessary, resulting in an even higher shipping cost.
I am very sorry, but could you please understand it by paying back?
