メッセージに対して「同意」して、でも「Confirm」はクリックしないで、と、2つの作業があるのではないでしょうか？ without having confirmed it のit が何を指しているのかあいまいですね。ここだけ見れば product を指しているようにも見えます。
評価に影響を与えないように、☆3つにさせていただいています。
