大きな部分を3つ訂正しましたのでコメントさせてください。

Any disadvantage or penalty の部分ですが、disadvantageは「不利な立場」という意味が強く、「不利益」という意味とはイコールにならないように感じました。「不利益」の直訳であるloss damage hurt detrimentなどはしっくり来なかったので、まとめてtroubleが今回は一番自然な気がしましたので修正しました。

After I fixed the price の部分ですが、原文が「上方修正した」となっているので、ただfixとすると「確定した」という意味になってしまいます。なのでmodified upwardly としました。

最後にplease tell me how should I handle it. ですが、how のあとは疑問文ではなくhow I should handle it. にしました。
