have you ever run a stihl chainsaw and know how to start one the right way .......the saw will run fast when you first start it untill you squeze the throttle trigger and then it goes into the idle mode some of the saws will run the chain a little bit untill they run for a bit to warm up very common.......i wouldnt of sold a saw that was running to fast and dangerous without saying it had a problem .....what kind of fuel mix are you using

今までにスチール社製のチェンソーをお使いになられたことはありますでしょうか？また、正しい始動方法をご存知でしょうか。
この製品は、起動直後、スロットルレバーを押し込むまでに回転数が上がることがあります。また、いくつかの製品では、アイドリング状態になるまでに、少々刃が動くものが一般的です。
当方は、仰るような不具合が無い限り、回転数が上がりすぎるような危険な製品を取り扱う事は一切ございません。
恐れ入りますが、どのような混合燃料をお使いになられていますでしょうか？
