この相手が買ったものではありません。（相手はbuyerではない。）
選択した言葉が、微妙に違っていました。

という解釈はどこからなのか教えて頂けますか
日本語で「御社」といえば、イコール話している相手です。面と向かっている相手ではないときには御社とは絶対に言いません。そこに「バイヤー」が出てくるので、これは第三者です。この「御社」はすごいヒントになります。みんな、なぜかバイヤー＝あなた、と捉えることが多いのだが・・・。
また、この相手が買った人なら、わざわざ「販売分の」とは言わないでしょう？「買った分の金払え」って言いますよね？
この方がセラー。バイヤーがいて御社がいる。バイヤーがこの方から物を買ったが、着いているのに（着いていないといっている？）支払いもせず、御社（通販のプラットフォーム）にクレームを上げた。こともあろうに「御社」はよく調べもせずに返金というお沙汰を下した（たぶん。別の依頼で返金の話があったのだが、同じ方の依頼かどうか今は確認できず）。で、この方が「御社」にそりゃーないだろ？よく調べてよ！といっているのです。
