①１回目　注意のみ
②２回目 自分の集中インセンティブ全額と皆の集中インセンティブ半額がその月貰えなくなる。
③３回目～４回目 次の法定外の賞与額が20%貰えなくなる。
④５回目 次の半月給与の手当が50%貰えなくなる。
⑤5回目以降 その都度考える。
※仕方なく遅刻する場合はAM9:00前に連絡
※休みの日や勤務時間終了後、勤務時間終了前、会社にきて、PCは自由に使っていい
