"Purchase Order" means an order in writing placed by the Company with the Exporter pursuant to Clause 4 for the supply of the Product;
"Product Specifications" means the exterior design, color and packaging of the Product as provided by the Company, full details of which are set out in Schedule 1;
"X Specifications" means the technology, design, drawings, manufacturing techniques, technical information, know-how, secret formulae, secret processes and confidential information relating to the development and manufacture of X;
It is hereby agreed that the Contractor shall be entitled to sub-contract or engage or otherwise any third party to manufacture the Product pursuant hereto.

第1文におけるCompanyとExporterの捉え方が間違っていると思います。as provided by the Companyのprovideは"規定する"という意味があります。

レビューありがとうございます。しかし第一文の修正後だとplaced by the Company with the Exporterつまり注文がExporterとの間で取り交わされたものであるという意味が抜け落ちてるように思うのですが
for the supply of the Productというのはan orderにかかると思われますので後はpursuant to Clause 4というフランス語的表現の範疇が問題になってきます。私はこの文脈ではこれがExporterのみにかかるものか判断つき兼ねましたのでややゆるくCompanyがExpoterに発注したan orderにかかるものと解釈しました。

「注文がExporterとの間で取り交わされたものである」という意味はここにはないと思います。それは下記の文法的な説明によるものです。
with the Exporter pursuant to Clause 4 for the supply of the Product;
これは文法でいう付帯状況を表しています。with+名詞 （the Exporter) + 形容詞（pursuant to Clause 4 for the supply of the Product;）の法則になります。その場合「the Exporterがpursuant to Clause 4 for the supply of the Product;した状態」という解釈が正しいと思います。なお他の英文契約書においてもwith + 名詞 + pursuant toという表現が使用されています。
