Regarding item 2, you seem to misunderstand the source text. The writer wants to know the prices of the products that another Japanese buyer is buying from the receiver of this mail, but not the ones the buyer is selling at.

あれ？provide warranty　という言い方は無いのでしたっけ？？

最後、疑問文と平叙文が混ざってしまっています。そうするなら

I am sorry for correcting it wrong about the item 2.
Yes, you can say provide warranty coverage or provide warranty service. But if you want to say provide the products with warranty, then it's better to use "with" instead of "to". The last part of the original content is 分かれば教えてください. If it is only translated into "if available", I think it is not that appropriate.

Yes, you are right. I should have written "provide warranties with products".

There are cases in which "if available" is in the English original texts and I would translate it in Japanese as "もし分かれば”, though.
