ただ一番問題なのは、何の連絡もせずに勝手に違う色の商品を送ってきたことです。
商品の到着寸前には連絡を入れてきましたが。

他の国の人はどうなのか知りませんが、日本人ならほぼ100%悪い評価を付けるでしょう。なぜなら、日本ではそういうことはあり得ないからです。


商品の品質はとても良いので、できるなら取引を続けたいのですが、ちゃんと連絡ができなければ難しいです。

しっかりと正直に連絡を入れると約束するなら、良い評価に変更し、今後も取引を続けたいと思います。

I did understand what you wanted to say.


However, the most critical issue I have been pointing was that you have sent me the item with different color by your own decision without prior notice given to me, although I have informed about that right before the delivery of the item.

I do not know the customers of the other countries, but I am almost sure that 100% of Japanese may leave the negative feedback like this matter. Because, it is hardly happening in Japan.


I would like to continue dealing with you because of the items in a good quality, but I is hard to do so if the communication is always intermittent.

If you can commit for making sure to have communication with me in honest manner, I am ready to revise my feedback to the positive and continue dealing with you.
