As part of a whole raft of new initiatives for the event management, enabling 100% of all allotted business appointments to be scheduled through the new Online Diary even before arriving in Bangkok was a major breakthrough. This ensured that both exhibitors and buyers could fully focus all of their time and energy on their meetings and on networking at social functions, rather than on trying to complete appointment schedules whilst on the floor or at the end of the day.
