回答は正規品で間違いがないということです。
ただし、こちらのメーカーの商品は残念ながら製品の質が高くないとの回答を得ました。
当社ではこのメーカーの製品を今後一切し入れないことを決定しました。お客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけしましたが、これまで同様にお客様の満足を最優先にビジネスに取り組んでまいります。
