今回、来日しての取材が無理なので、商品にできるだけvalueを持たせたいので以下確認お願いします。今ある○枚の写真に加え、あと数枚足してページをスペシャル仕様にしたいのですが問題ないですか？（今あるページに数点写真を足すだけです）あまり時間がないので、可能かどうかだけでも教えてください。イベントですが、色々準備が必要なので○月頃がベストですが、そちらの状況にあわせて調整していきます。○月だとちょっと早いかもしれません。今回またAに○の件を相談しようと思いますが問題ないですか？

This time we cannnot visit and have interviews in Japan so we'd like to add as much value as possible on the item, please kindly check the followings. We'd like to add another few pages to ○ photos available now to make it a special edition, is there any problem with that? (Just adding few photos on existing pages) Since there is not much time left, please just let us know if it's possible or not. Regarding the event, there are many things needed for preparation so ○ is best, but we can adjust to your situation. ○ might be a bit too early.
