会議ではどうやったら売上ノルマを達成できるのかという話ばかりが議論され、契約につながりそうな案件の進捗状況の確認には余念がありません。商品やサービスを購入されたお客様が満足しているか、提供した商品・サービスによって良くなっているのか、といった議論がほとんどないのが特徴です。また、評価もほぼ売上だけで決まり、品質や顧客満足度といった指標は明確な数字に表しづらいので評価に組み込まれないのも特徴です。
