私がキャンセルをしたいと言った理由は以下の2点です。
1　商品が破損して送られてきた。（画像を送ります）
　その画像を見て、あなたは箱が壊れているだけだと言うかもしれませんが、日本では箱も商品の一部です。

2　送料が高すぎる。そして、毎回関税がかかる。
　これではせっかく安い商品をあなたの国から買っても、日本に来た時には高いものになってしまいます。
また、送料が高くて商品が破損したのでは全く必要性を感じません。
以上の2点を改善していただければ再考の余地はあります。

The reason said that I want to cancel is the following two points.
1It has been sent damaging the commodity. (The image is sent. )
The box is a part of the commodity in Japan though might see the image, and said by you only that the box is broken.

2The carriage is too high. And, it is every time dutiable.
With this, when coming to Japan, it becomes high even if a cheap with great pains commodity is bought from your country.
Moreover, I do not feel the necessity in high the carriage and having damaged the commodity at all.
There is room for reconsideration if the above-mentioned two points can be improved.
