私は、返品したい訳ではないです。

最終的な方法として返品という選択肢もありますが、
返品後、また注文するようでは、日数も手間もかかります。

私は、この商品の箱の損傷が大きいため、
損傷していない状態の箱を、
私の日本の住所へ送ってほしいと思っています。

そうしてもらえるのが、一番ありがたいです。

それが難しい場合は、また検討します。

I can choose to return the prodct in the end but it takes time and it is troublesome.
