私は、新品の商品を購入しましたが、
箱がかなりダメージを受けています。

輸送による、多少の箱のダメージであれば気になりませんが、
箱の内部にも大きなダメージがあり、なぜなのか気になっています。

私は、贈り物にするつもりで購入しましたが、
これでは、困ります。

箱を、私の日本の住所に送ってもらえますでしょうか？

but box was considerably big damged.

I don't care few damage of box by transportation,
but it was big damaged inside of box so I don't know why.

I bought it intended to be a present ,
however it auful.
