貴方を残念な気分にさせてしまいすみません。
私が送った商品の状態とはかけ離れていてショックで唖然としました。箱が半分にカットされているなんて日本の郵便では考えられません。
私はまだ在庫を持っていますので新しい商品と交換する事が出来ます。貴方が選ばれたのは保障の付いていない発送方法だった為商品代金の払い戻しを受ける事が出来ません。申し訳ないのですが商品返送に掛かる送料を貴方自身でご負担頂けますでしょうか?私から送る新しい商品の送料は私が負担し、更に保障を付けて発送させて頂きます。

I am really shocked that the condition is totally different from when I sent it. It never happens in Japan that a box gets cut into half.
Since I still have inventory, I can send you new one soon. The way of shipment you choose is without warranty, so you cannot get the refund. Can you pay the cost for sending it back to me? I will send you new product with warranty and I will have the burden of the shipment.
