Im sorry for the trouble you are getting form this unit. But I did put in the right up that the unit was not working to its fullest capability and i didn't try anything other trouble shotting. I feel comfortable refunding you $195.00 I have to pay ebay and paypal fees for providing the services. I hope we can work this out asap.. Please get back to me when you can..
