The gold lacquer finish is over 95% intact, and it presents a lovely hand etched engraving (photo 10). Further, this beauty comes with its original case which is in solid condition, but worn around the edges, Now for the great part. The instrument has been evaluated, adjusted, set up and test played by award winning master saxophone technician Russ Ackerman (the sax Gourmet has named Russ as one of the top saxophone technicians in the USA. See the master at work, (photo #1.) "Russ reports "this baby is great...big sound...she whispers cries, talks, and screams... a real winner...nice horn"
ゴールドラッカーボディの管体の95％以上には傷はなく、素敵な手彫りの彫刻もあります。(写真10)さらに、頑丈なつくりの専用ケースによって美しさが保たれていますが、角のあたりには損傷があります。素晴らしい点についていえば、診断や調整、組立て、試奏は受賞歴もある巨匠のRuss Ackerman氏によって行われています。(サックス愛好家達がアメリカの有名なサキソフォン技師の名にちなんでRussという名を付けました)職人の作業風景です。(写真1)Russ氏によれば「この子は素晴らしい。大きな音も出るし、囁いたり泣くことだってある。語りかけるような音も叫び声のような音も出る。まさに傑作で、すばらしいサックス。」とのことです。
