サンプルの１つは、ブリキケースの底が凹んでいました。
この爪切りはケースも含めて商品なので、凹んでいると日本では
販売ができません。出荷前にブリキケースに凹みが無いか、検品をお願いできますか？

I really would like to request you for letting me precede this negotiation.
1. Please send me the price list.
2. Are the items shipped from Vietnam?
3. Please let me know the terms of trade. Is it possible to ship by FOB?
4. The package for nail cutter and the leather case are separated. Is there any plan to make them to be one package?

The tin case for one of samples had a dent in the bottom plate.
Since this item includes the nail cutter and the tin case as a whole, we cannot put it on sale if there is a dent in the tin case. Would you conduct the inspection of tin case for no dent prior to shipping?
