先日お送りいただいた情報に基づき、オンライン登録を済ませました。
その内容に関して、ご質問がございます。

これは、WEB上で過去の履歴を参照できるだけであり、新規の記事使用申請や、使用可能期間の更新申請などは出来ないという理解でよろしいでしょうか？

他の部署やグループ会社の情報が混在してしまっているという点もデメリットであり、登録情報の削除をお願いすることも検討しております。

My understanding is that this does not allow us to newly apply to use articles or apply renewal of usable period, but just refer the past records on the web. Is my understanding correct?

We are also considering making a request for deleting the registered information. Because, it is disadvantage that information of other division and group companies exists in mix.
