先日お送りいただいた情報に基づき、オンライン登録を済ませました。
その内容に関して、ご質問がございます。
（顧客番号は123です。）

これは、WEB上で過去の履歴を参照できるだけであり、新規の記事使用申請や、使用可能期間の更新申請などは出来ないという理解でよろしいでしょうか？

他の部署やグループ会社の情報が混在してしまっているという点もデメリットであり、登録情報の削除をお願いすることも検討しております。

Hello.

I have completed the online registration using the information you have sent me.
However, I have several questions regarding the given information.
(My customer number is 123)

Am I right to believe that this allows only for looking through past histories, and not for applying for the rights to use new articles or for extending the period of using the articles?

I am also concerned about the fact that information of other departments and group companies are all mixed together, and is considering wether I should delete the registration or not.
