10/2に商品Aを10個注文しました。
昨日届いたのですが残念なことに10個とも異なる商品でした。
届いた物は、商品名"CCC"、EANコード"1111"と箱に印刷されていました。
（因に商品Aの商品名は"AAA" EANコード"0000"と印刷されています。）
"CCC"ではお客さんに提供できないため
CCCを返品しますので、商品Aに交換して下さい。
どのような手順で交換してもらえるでしょうか？
なお、急いでいるためAAAを直ぐに送って欲しいのですが、いま直ぐ送ってもらう事はできますか？
On the 2nd of October, I have ordered 10 of the product A.
It arrived yesterday but unfortunately they were 10 different products.
The delivered product had the product name "CCC", EAN Code"1111" printed on the box.
(The product name for product A has "AAA" EAN Code "0000" printed )
I cannot give the customer "CCC" and
I will return CCC so please exchange it for product A.
How can I exchange it?
Since I am on a rush I would like for the AAA to be sent immediately. Is it possible for you to send the product immediately?
