10/2に商品Aを10個注文しました。
昨日届いたのですが残念なことに10個とも異なる商品でした。
届いた物は、商品名"CCC"、EANコード"1111"と箱に印刷されていました。
（因に商品Aの商品名は"AAA" EANコード"0000"と印刷されています。）
"CCC"ではお客さんに提供できないため
CCCを返品しますので、商品Aに交換して下さい。
どのような手順で交換してもらえるでしょうか？
なお、急いでいるためAAAを直ぐに送って欲しいのですが、いま直ぐ送ってもらう事はできますか？
We ordered 10 units of A on October 2nd.
The package arrived yesterday, but unfortunately all 10 items are not the ones we ordered..
"CCC" for product name and "1111" for the EAN code are printed on the box of the arrived items.
We cannot provide "CCC" to our customer; we will return them, so please send us product A instead.
How can we arrange this replacement?
Please understand that we are in a rush to obtain AAA so we ask you to send them as soon as possible, and is it possible for you to send them right now?
