私は脳出血で倒れて入院していました。
現在のところ自宅療養中です。
御社への再発注ですが、現在検討中です。
御社の製品でトラブルがありました。
ビーズの色が触っただけで色落ちします。
手に持つだけで色が手に移ってしまう程です。
製品に縫い付けると色移りしてしまうので、商品として成り立ちません。
顧客からも色がはげると苦情がきています。
色落ちがしないのであればとてもよいビーズなのですが、
色落ちする商品であるならば、今後御社との取引を続けることが難しいです。

that the colorant of beads came off by just touching them.
If we attach the beads to the product, the color will come off, so we can not use it.
We get claims from customers about it.
They are great beads if the color stays on, however if the problem happens,
we can not continue using your company in the future.
