・9/16に購入した商品Aのトラッキングを確認したところ、
"xx"
と表示されて9/24日で止まったままです。
アメリカから発送できない物として通関で止められているのでしょうか？
お手数ですがどのような状況か確認してくださいませんか。

・先日御社で購入した商品AとBが日本の通関で書類提出を求められました。
おもちゃである事を証明できる書類とそれらの商品の使い方をした書類を提出しなければ返送になるか破棄になってしまいます。
お手数ですが上記書類を作成してメールで送って頂けないでしょうか。

- I checked the tracking for A, which I purchased on 9/16, and it showed "xx" and that it was stopped on 9/24.
Could it have been stopped by customs for being something that can't be sent from the US?

- The other day I was requested by Japanese customs to submit documentation for the items A and B that I purchased from your company.
They said that if I don't send in documentation proving that they're toys and documents explaining how to use each one of them then they will be disposed of.
