It looks like Schilke doesn't call the original Helleberg mouthpiece a Helleberg anymore - they call it the 66 and it is has a little bit smaller rim and cup depth than the Helleberg "SH" model. The Schilke website doesn't call the SH model the Helleberg II, so I'm a little confused. Hope that helps.
