単行本であってます。日本だと色々な呼び方があるので、私は勘違いしてました。
貴方が画像を送ってくれたので凄く分かりやすい！
貴方が持っているセーラームーンの漫画と同じサイズの本が有りましたのでサイズを比べて見ました。画像の白い部分はクリアカバーの余白です。1センチ程ありますので、少しカバーの方が大きいです。しかし、これ以外にこのサイズに対応したカバーが見つかりません。
◯のサイズは5x7.4inchですので下記リンクの商品なら使えると思います。
以前紹介した物だと大き過ぎるようです。

The picture you've sent to me is really very easy to understand!
I tried comparing the size of the Sailor Moon Manga that you have with a book of the same size that i have. The white part of the image is the margin of the clear cover. It is about one centimeter so the cover is slightly bigger. However I could not find any other cover corresponding to this size.
The size of ◯ is 5 x 7.4 inches so I think the product under the following link can be use.
The one introduced previously seems too big.
