ご連絡遅くなり申し訳ありません。先日貴方に作成して頂いたドラフトをB社に検討してもらっている間に、G社がドラフトを作成して当方に送付してきました。G社のドラフトは最近合意した土地の追加に関する条文も含んでいることから、大変申し訳ありませんが、今回はG社のドラフトを貴方にレビューしてもらう方法で進めたいと思います。この前貴方に作成して頂いたドラフトの条文をG社のドラフトに盛り込む形で修正案を作成しましたので、レビューして頂けますでしょうか？よろしくお願いします。

G company created a draft and sent it to us while we asked B company to review the draft you created the other day.
We are very sorry, but as the G company's draft contains the articles concerning the additional provision of the land which we recently agreed on, so we would like to proceed this time to ask you the review of G company's draft.
I modified the draft you made by incorporating it into G company's draft. So could you please review it ?
