新宿を小さく一周する3.9kmのコースだ。江戸幕府によって整備された五街道の1つ甲州街道をスタート、そびえ立つ200m級のビル群を楽しんだらガード下をくぐって東口歓楽街だ。日曜日には歩行者天国になる新宿通りを抜け、再び新宿南口に戻ってゴールとなる。

飲食店、居酒屋がひしめく裏馬場へようこそ。大小様々なコーナーからなる全長830mの楽しいショートコースだ。このようなコースでは、コーナーの後を意識したライン取りが鍵となる。正確でテンポの良いコーナリングをマスターしよう。

It's 3.9 Km course which make a small circuit of Shinjuku. Start with Koushu Kaidou, one of Five Kaidou (ways) kept in good condition by Edo Shogunate. You enjoy the soaring 200m buildings,pass through underpass and reach Higashiguchi Kanraku Gai (nightlife district). Through Shinjyuku Touri (street) which will be car-free mall on Sunday, you go back again in Shinjyuku Minamiguchi and it's goal.

Welcome to Ura baba, there are many restaurants and Izakaya. It's fun short course which consist of corners of varied sizes and entire length 830m.
