The item is clearly broken.

I checked the issue about the back LCD not working in the item page. However, all of the features of the device does not work.

It's not a second hand, but a defective item.

However, I still want to use it after having it repaired.

Please cover a part of the repair expenses.

I am asking for your courteous response regarding this matter since the item was different from the one on the item page.

This will surely affect my feedback.
