私は２件の返金要求を出しています。
１件目は、６客セットのうち、フロリダの転送業者から1つのカップが到着時に割れているという連絡が来たので
転送業者からの写真を添付するとともに、セラーに確認してもらい100ドルの返金をしてもらいました。
その後、フロリダの転送業者から私の手元に到着した商品を確認すると、別に１つのカップが欠けていました。
これも写真を添付して、セラーに再度返金要求をしていますが、なかなか進みません。

I have requested two refunding cases.
For one of the cases, my forwarding company in Florida reported me that one of the cup among a six-cup set was damaged, so I reported and let it conformed by the seller with the evidence picture provided by my forwarding company and let the seller refund USD100.00.
After then, when I checked the delivered item from the forwarding company in Florida, the other one cup was tipped off.
I also requested the refund with attached picture as the evidence, but it was hard to proceed.
