東京都と公益財団法人東京観光財団は、「コンベンション開催支援助成」および「コンベンション開催支援プログラム（誘致支援事業）」の第3回目の登録申請の受付を開始した。

これまでも、海外諸都市とのコンベンション誘致競争を勝ち抜くことを目的に、「コンベンション誘致・開催支援事業」を実施しており、国際コンベンションの誘致・開催にかかる活動を一体的に支援している。

同事業は、東京の多彩な魅力を演出・発信し、国内外から来訪者を呼び込む」施策に指定され、重点的に実施してきたもの。

Tokyo and Tokyo convention & Visitors Bureau started registration of the 3rd application for registration of "convention holding support aid" and "convention holding support program (attraction support project)".

Until now, for the purpose of winning in the convention attraction competition with overseas cities, "convention attraction / holding support project" is undertaken, and activity concerning attraction and holding of an international convention is supported by the bureau integrally.

The project directed and sent a variegated appeal of Tokyo, was specified as the measure which calls in visitors from in and outside the country, and has been concentrated heavily on it.
