購入した商品を無事に受け取ることが出来ました。

しかし、受け取った商品に問題があります。

モンブランのボールペン芯(リフィル部分)の部分に
通常の保管ではつかない傷がついておりました。

新品のオリジナル商品と聞いて
購入を致しました。

このリフィルの傷は説明にも記載はなかったです。

綺麗なリフィルに交換をして下さい。

宜しく御願い致します。

I received the item that I had purchased.
However, there is a problem with the item.

On the core (refill part) of the Mont Blanc, I found a blemish, which would usually not be done during the regular storage.

I purchased this item because it was described as brand-new.

There was no explanation about the blemish, either.

Please exchange with an unblemished refill.
