私は、日本に住んでいます。
本日、商品を受け取りました。

商品説明に新品、未使用、未開封と記載されていましたが、
箱の中は痛みが有り、電気コードを固定している針金は外されていました。

この商品は、未開封品では有りません。

贈り物として使う予定でしたが、この状態では渡すことができません。

返品の対応、または30％（＄39）の一部返金してください。
（アメリカに送り返すには、手間とお金が掛かります。）

連絡が無い場合、paypalに直接、相談します。

宜しくお願いします。

I have received the product today.

It was indicated on the product that it's new , not used and not opened.
There was a problem in the box wherein the wiring of electrical cord was detached.

This product has already been opened.

I want to send this as a gift so i cannot send this out with this condition.

Please return 30% of the $39 for the returning of the product.
(There are charges incurred when returning a product from the US)

Let's directly discuss via paypal if there are no available communication.
