If the LED is not working it can be just the bulb is bad, or if there is no effect at all it can be the unit.
Does the effect still work, or is it not turning on at all?

LEDを交換してもだめな場合は本体ユニットの故障です。
LEDを交換して点灯しますか、それとも消灯したままですか。
