返信が遅くなってごめんなさい。顧客センターには問い合わせをしました。しかしまだ返答を貰っていません。何故なら日本では今週はお盆休み（夏休み）だからです。顧客センターも８月１０日から８月１８日までお休みなのです。あなたはこの品物の保証書を持っているので修理は可能です。日本への発送費用は私が負担致します。しかし振り子式のメトロノームは衝撃に弱いようです。せっかく修理してもらってもアメリカに発送する時にまた故障してしまうかもしれません。
