グーグルの翻訳機能を使って日本の販売サイトの翻訳をします。非常に奇妙な翻訳文になります。貴方はその奇妙な英文をを誰にでも分る英文に直してください。
イーベイの販売者から販売する製品を参考にした場合のシッピングコストはそのセラーと同じにして下さい。
値段の付け方は、参考にしたセラーの価格の＄１引いて＄１以下の端数は99セントを付けて下さい。例えば参考にした販売者が＄88.5と付けていたら＄87.99です。

We translate Japanese sales websites by using google translation function,
but the translated sentences are very odd. So please correct those odd English sentences and make them understood to anybody.
If you refer to products which are sold by eBay's seller, the shipping cost should be the same as the price those sellers offer.
The way to decide prices is to subtract $1 from the price you refer to, and the fraction of less than $1 should be 99 cents. For example, if the seller priced $88.5, then your price would be $87.99.
