If your debit card is no longer in your possession, you should cancel your card immediately by logging into your account and select ‘Prepaid MasterCard’ from the left-hand navigation. Click ‘Manage your card’ underneath the ‘EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard’ header.

From the ‘Manage your card’ page, click the link that reads ‘Report your card lost or stolen’ A prompt will appear asking you to provide a reason for the cancellation. Select the relevant box and click ‘Continue’.

Should you recover the card after this, you will no longer be able to use it, and you should dispose of it properly, by cutting it into two, ensuring you have cut through the chip in addition to the signature strip.

お客様のデビット・カードがもはやお客様のお手元にない場合には、ただちに次の手順でお客様のカードの利用を停止してください。まずお客様のアカウントにログインし、左側のメニューから‘Prepaid MasterCard’を選択してください。そして‘EcoCard Prepaid Debit MasterCard’というヘッダの下にある‘Manage your card’ をクリックしてください。

‘Manage your card’ のページから、‘Report your card lost or stolen’と記されたリンクをクリックしてください。メッセージが表示され、お客様の利用停止の理由を入力していただくようにお願いすることになります。適切な事項を選択して、 ‘Continue’を押してください。

こうした操作を行ったあとにお客様のお手元にカードが戻ってきた場合、お客様はもうそのカードをお使いいただけませんので、カードを二つに切断したうえできちんと処分なさってください。その際、署名欄ならびにICチップを切断していただければより安全です。
