Your debit card and PIN are only issued once your application has been processed. Your PIN number is posted separately from your debit card for security purposes. Please allow up to seven working days for processing and delivery of your card and PIN before contacting customer services.

To check whether your application has been processed, log in to your account and click ‘Prepaid MasterCard’ in the left-hand menu. If your application is processing, you will see a message that reads ‘Thank you for applying for EcoCard Prepaid Debit Card. Please wait while we process your application’

お客様のデビットカードおよび個人認証番号は、いったんお客様の申し込みをこちらで処理したあとにのみ、発行されます。お客様の個人認証番号は、セキュリティ上の都合により、お客様のデビットカードとは別に郵送されます。申し込みの処理、お客様のカードならびに個人認証番号の配送には、最長で7営業日かかりますことをご了承ください。お客様窓口にご連絡くださる前にそのことをご確認ください。
　
お客様の申し込みが処理されたかどうか確認するためには、お客様のアカウントにログインし、左側のメニューの中の‘Prepaid MasterCard’をクリックしてください。お客様の申し込みが現在処理中である場合は、次のようなメッセージが表示されます。‘Thank you for applying for EcoCard Prepaid Debit Card.
