Yes,it's bad luck and I will return the box today, but I have also to make a lot of extra shipping costs to send it back to you. Later this day I will email you the costs (and a picture from the proof I did send it to you).
This is my first negative experience with Japanese post, because all my other buyings from Japanese goods are perfectly packed, and it's also the first time that I had to pay such an amazing amount of money for import tax (Euro46,48), I will enclose proof of my payment.

確かに残念なことです。今日にも小包を送り返します。返送には結構な輸送費がかかります。
今日遅くなったらEメールでかかった輸送費を連絡します(返送したことの証明用写真も一緒に送ります)。
これが日本郵便を使った最初の悪い経験です。今まで日本から商品を購入した時は完璧に梱包されていました。そのうえこんな高い輸入税(46と48ユーロ)を支払らわなければならなかったことも初めてです。返送小包に支払い証明を同封します・
