私たちは300年近く刀匠を行っている一族で、日本刀に使われる素材と同じ素材で和包丁も作っています

日本の料亭にも使われている包丁で、刺身包丁やその他様々な刃物を作ってきました

この度、海外向けにＥＣサイトを作り、海外対応が出来るようにしました

包丁を販売するにあたり、実際に包丁使っている様子やレビューが欲しいと思っています

そこで是非、我々の包丁を使っていただいて感想が欲しいと思っています

We are a clan of swordsmith aging back to 300 years. We produce Japanese cooking knives from the same material as used for swords.

Our cooking knives are used by cooks at Japanese traditional restaurants, ryo-tei, and we also have been making special knives for slicing sashimi and etc.

Now we have made our web site designed for people living in overseas so that we can respond to the needs from outside Japan.

Before we start selling our kitchen knives, we want videos of people using them as well as their reviews.

We encourage you to use our knives and send in reviews.
