以下の状態のヘッドセットが多くあり、お客様からクレームがきています。

・マイクをヘルメットに取り付ける部分の接着剤が暑さで溶けてベタベタになっている。接着力が弱くマジックテープを剥がそうとすると接着剤の方が剥がれてしまい取り付けることができない。

・マイクの先端部分の部品がぐらついていて、ノイズを発生している。

これらのヘッドセットを本体と一緒に返品できますか？

Many claims from our customers regarding headset condition are as following.

・Microphone's glue attached to the helmet melt under the heat and become sticky. The force of the glue is weak and when trying to peel it with magic tape, the glue itself peeld off and cannot be attached.

・Microphone's tip is shaky and generate noise.

Can I return with these headset with its body?
