返品についてのご連絡です。

商品説明にも書いてありますが、商品価格に税金は含まれていません。

しかし、受け取り時に予想外のVATが課せられてしまったことに私は大変申し訳なかったと思います。


返品の場合は商品が日本に到着してから返金処理が行われます。


もしくはVATはこちらで負担しますので、通関手数料だけお客様に負担して頂き、商品の受け取りをお願い出来ないでしょうか？



その時はVATの書類を写真かスキャナでメッセージの下のファイルから添付して頂ければ速やかにVAT分を返金します。

As stated in the description for item, the selling price does not include the taxes.

However, I feel sorry for causing you to pay unexpected VAT upon receiving the item.


The refund procedure will start upon receiving the return item.


Or, as we shoulder the amount of VAT you have paid, would you please shoulder the import taxes and duties, and accept the item?



If you can accept our suggestion, we will refund the VAT upon receiving the scanned evidence of VAT attached to the message using the file attach button below the message box.
