Additional info: ある人物（鈴木さん）からきているメールへ返信するにあたり、事前に（ABC様）と相談をしたい、という趣旨のメールです。（文字数が240を超えるため、4つの依頼にわけました）

また、個人的な考えですが、今回A社については、本店から紹介を受けて提案を受け、
その後の打合せを通じ、私達ユーザの要望に対して、フレキシブルに対応する姿勢を感じており、
その結果が高い評価に繋がっていると考えております。
一方、B社は提案の場において、A社ほどの積極性を感じず、その結果低い評価につながっていると考えております。
この点を素直に伝え、製品評価というよりは、姿勢を評価していることを率直に伝えるのも一つの手だと思います。

以上について、ABC様のお考えをお聞かせください。

We have had A's proposal after A is introduced to us by the headquarter. Through discussions since then, we have noticed their will to respond to our requests flexiblly, which may have resulted in our favorable evaluation toward them, which is also my personal opinion.

On the other hand, my personal view for B is that they failed to show us their will as much as A did upon their presentation, which might have lead to a rather low evaluation from us.

I think this is one way to tell Mr. Suzuki these points to frankly show what we appreciate is their attitude rather than their products.
